Visa Process
Step 1 – Complete this Google form
Step 2 – CGHH organisers submit your information to the Indian ministry
Step 3 – Ministry issues visa application authority to the CGHH organisers
Step 4: CGHH organisers forward to you a letter of invitation including reference numbers
Step 5: You apply online to the Indian ministry – select medical conference – add info – upload image of yourself – passport – invitation letter and ministry approval – make payment
Step 6: Indian ministry will send you a mail with Visa status.
The above process takes on average 2 weeks.

Step 1 As part of the arrangements for attending CGHH 2026, Ministry clearance from the Government of India is required before visa applications can be initiated. We are currently preparing the necessary submissions. To assist us with this process, please complete this Google Form at your earliest convenience. Once we have received your details, we will begin the Ministry clearance process on your behalf. Thank you for your continued interest in CGHH 2026.
