Visa Process

Step 1 – Pay the conference Registration fee.

Step 2 – Receive a mail with a link to a form from the organisers. Add the required information.

Step 3 – CGHH organisers submit your information to the Indian ministry

Step 4 – Ministry issues visa application authority to the CGHH organisers

Step 5: CGHH organisers forward to you a letter of invitation including reference numbers

Step 6: You apply online to the Indian ministry – select medical conference – add info – upload image of yourself – passport – invitation letter and ministry approval – make payment 

Step 7: Indian ministry will send you a mail with Visa status.

The above process takes on average 2 weeks.
