30% of the main conference will tentatively include four key notes, two panels, and the remaining 70% of the conference will be oral and poster presentations based on abstract submissions by participants from the Global south countries or on work done in these regions.

The main conference invites all stakeholders including otorhinolaryngologist, audiologists, special educators, persons with hearing loss/Deaf or their caregiver, as well as other care providers such as community-health workers, audiometrists, audiologist assistants to present their work on implementation of ear and hearing care in their region.
