How do i register and Pay?

Fees for this years congress includes catering (am and pm teas plus lunch) for the workshops on the Friday and the conference (Saturday and Sunday).

CGHH submitted a grant application to help support attendee travel costs. The outcome is expected by mid-June. We encourage you to submit an abstract and indicate within your submission if you would like to be considered for a travel grant.

Registration fees include morning and afternoon teas plus lunch while attending the pre-conference workshops and conference days.

The Global reception includes the entertainment and meal. Excludes refreshments.

Daycare: CGHH are investigating the need for daycare and service providers. Those members that have paid registration fee to send daycare requirements by e-mail to gd@e2.co.za no later than 28 August. Restrictions apply. 

Transport: CGHH are in discussion with transport providers with regards from main hotels to the venue and from the venue to the Global Reception. This will be included in the registration fees.  

Regular Rates: 1 July to 30 September. Registration closes 30 September 2026
