Attendee registration is open. Registration starts by creating a profile to access the CGHH members Portal. Click here to create your profile.
Early Bird fees are applicable to July 31, 2025.
Standard: $250 per attendee
Students (Global) and Professionals from low income countries: $150 – Click here to view country classifications.
Single day access: $150
Regular Registration fees with effect 1 August 2025.
Standard: $300 per attendee

Attendee must first create a profile to access the CGHH member portal. The system will automatically send you a username and password. Log onto the member portal to submit an abstract and pay your registration fee.
Registration fees for the Conference includes:
– Participation in the conference scientific sessions on October 24-25, 2025
– A certificate of professional development hours from CGHH.
– Supporting attendees with hearing impairment. Please inform our Global Community Manager, George Dempster on or before 15 September 2025.
Please note the conference venue does not have refreshment stations. Delegates are encouraged to bring refreshments. There are refreshment facilities just outside the conference venue.
Registration Refund Policy:
Visa declined: 100% of the registration fee, less bank charges
Attendee cancels
Before July 31, 2025
Full refund less 20% cancellation fee
Between August 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025
Full refund less 50% cancellation fee
After October 1, 2025
No refund
