Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Each oral presentation is allotted 12 minutes:
    • 10 minutes for presentation (the presentation screen will close after 10 minutes)
    • 9th and 10th minute there will be a  buzzer
    • 2 minutes for discussion and questions
    • 12th minute the presentation screen will shut down
  • Presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (16:9 widescreen format). Typically, a 10 minute presentation should be no more than 12 to 14 slides.
  • Please upload your presentations to the dropbox, which will be created shortly and will be available as a link on the website.date of upload (9th october by 8pm IST)
  • Presenters are requested to adhere strictly to the allotted time and instructions to ensure the smooth conduct of the session.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

    • Each oral presentation is allotted 2 minutes
    • Each presenter will deliver a 2-minute lightning presentation summarizing the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of their work.
      • All posters will be displayed as electronic posters (E-posters) on TV screens during the conference.
      • There is no requirement to print or mount a physical poster.
      • Please bring your e-poster on a USB flash drive (pen drive) in all formats mentioned below and submit it at the designated e-poster desk before your assigned presentation session.
      • Supported formats: PDF, image (png/jpeg), PPT
      • Posters should be prepared in landscape orientation (16:9 aspect ratio) for optimal display on TV screens.
      • Authors should remain available near the e-poster display during the designated poster session to interact with delegates and answer questions.
      • Please ensure that your presentation is concise, visually clear, and readable from a TV display.

      General Instructions

      • All presenters were required to complete their conference registration by no later than 31 july 2026.
      • Please be available well in advance of your scheduled session.
      • The final presentation schedule will be available on the conference website and in the conference programme.
